Introducing the LAST BLAST MUSIC FEST! Xenia's 2nd Annual Marching Band festival! Held at the newly renovated Doug Adams Stadium and sponsored by the Doug Adams Trust.
Whether you're a devoted fan of marching band music or a curious newcomer, the Last Blast Music Fest promises an unforgettable experience. So mark your calendars, gather your friends and family, and prepare to be enthralled by an immersive experience that will leave your toes tapping and your fingers drumming.
Featuring talented high school bands from all over the Miami Valley as well as a special performace by a local college marching band!
The camaraderie and spirit of our participating bands create an atmosphere of shared passion and dedication, making this festival one to remember!

Parking is Free - First Come First Serve
Handicap Parking is Available With Permit in the Bus Lot in front of the stadium. Follow Signs and Show Attendent Your Placquard.
Band and Bus Parking will be in the lot at Cox Elementary School. No others will be allowed to enter.
Guests and Attendees may park in the new stadium parking area, in the lot across from the stadum, and behind the CVS. Parking attendents will assist you!
This event is proudly hosted by the Xenia Band Boosters. Providing support and organization for the Xenia Marching Bands fundraising efforts.
The Xenia Band Boosters is made up of parents, grandparents, and any local community member with an interest in supporting the band!
This event requires many sponsors, volunteers, and community marketing!

The Last Blast Music Fest begins with a parade of bands from across the Miami Valley!
Throughout the show local bands will be performing their halftime shows in 20 minute incriments. The evening will close with a surprise perfomance from a local college Marching Band as well as an exciting and dance filled drumoff.
Each of the schools will be presented with an award!!
You'll have the opportunity to vote for your favorite band to award them with the Hospitality Award! You'll vote with your dollars at the entry gate!
You may also purchase Shout Out (messages given over the speaker by our master of ceremonies) messages for your student or for an entire band!
They'll be concession from a local catering company, photo booths, and even some fun shopping!
You may wish to purchase the festival t-shirt, program, or any of the other merch available that evening!

Here are the options available for you!
WHOLE PAGE AD - $125.
You will be given a full page space. You will be responsible to provide a graphic for a 5x8 space.
HALF PAGE AD -$85
You will be given a space that is half of the page. You will be responsible for providng a graphic for a 5x4 space.
QUARTER PAGE AD - $45
You will be given a space that is a quarter of the page. You will be responsible for providing a graphic for a 2.5.x2 space.
SENIOR SPACES AD -$25
You will be given a space that is an 8th of the page. You will be responsible for providing a graphic for a 2.5x1 space.
SHOUT OUT AD- $10
You will be given a space that holds 25 or less words. You will be responsible for providing those words.
DRUMROLL SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS
PROGRAM COVER SPONSOR - $300
Your logo will be prominent on the cover the program. You will also receive a drumroll please shout out for your business during the event. You will be asked to provide a high quality digital logo and a small description of your business. This includes 2 tickets to the event with VIP Seating.
FIELD SIGN SPONSOR -$500
A large scale logo will be placed on a large sign attached to the fences that will be seen behind the performances. Your business name will be seen in video, media, and photographs of the event. You will also receive a drumroll please shout out for your business during the event. You will be asked to provide a high quality digital logo and a small description of your business. This includes 5 tickets to the event with VIP Seating
EVENT SPONSOR - $5,000
We are looking for one amazing local business or family to support the arts and help the Band Boosters to fund and amazing Marching Band Festival. Your sponsorship allows you and your business to lead the Parade of Bands, have the Sponsored By headline in all promotions and marketing, receive prime placement in the program, and to have your name or logo on the Festival shirts. You may also choose to set up a booth during the event. You will receive 10 tickets to the event with VIP Seating. This is only open to one business or family. The Xenia Marching Band has invited 12 Marching Bands from all over the Miami Valley to perform at the Last Blast Music Fest!

Why do I have to specify who sold the ad?
When you list who sold you the ad the student receives credit. As part of their marching band registration each student has been tasked with connecting with the local businesses in the area for support of the festival and to teach them how to connect with their community!
What is the submission deadline for ads?
September 14, 2023
What are the supported file formats?
Pdf, Png, and JPeg.
What size is the program?
The program is 8.5x11 folded in half. Full page ad is approximately 5.5x8.5. Half-page ad is 5.5x4.25. Quarter Page ad is 2.75x4.25. These are approximate sizes subject to margins.
Can I pay cash?
Yes, you may give cash to your student to turn into the Boosters. Please give them your business name and email address to send you the form for submitting your ad copy and content.
What payment methods are available?
Our online payment system takes all major credit cards as well as shop pay and PayPal. Once you've completed your purchase you will receive an email receipt for your tax records.
I do not have graphics. Can you help?
The forms you'll receive after purchase will include space for you to give information about your business and upload your logo etc. We are happy to design a simple ad for you for a small $20 design fee.
