The Last Blast Music Fest is an exhilarating celebration of music, talent, and the dedication of our local students. Here are the options available for you!
WHOLE PAGE AD - $125.
You will be given a full page space. You will be responsible to provide a graphic for a 5x8 space.
HALF PAGE AD -$85
You will be given a space that is half of the page. You will be responsible for providing a graphic for a 5x4 space.
QUARTER PAGE AD - $45
You will be given a space that is a quarter of the page. You will be responsible for providing a graphic for a 2.5.x2 space.
SENIOR SPACES AD -$25
You will be given a space that is an 8th of the page. You will be responsible for providing a graphic for a 2.5x1 space.
SHOUT OUT AD- $10
You will be given a space that holds 25 or less words. You will be responsible for providing those words.
DRUMROLL SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS
PROGRAM COVER SPONSOR - $300
Your logo will be prominent on the cover the program. You will also receive a drumroll please shout out for your business during the event. You will be asked to provide a high quality digital logo and a small description of your business. This includes 2 tickets to the event with VIP Seating.
FIELD SIGN SPONSOR -$500
A large scale logo will be placed on a large sign attached to the fences that will be seen behind the performances. Your business name will be seen in video, media, and photographs of the event. You will also receive a drumroll please shout out for your business during the event. You will be asked to provide a high quality digital logo and a small description of your business. This includes 5 tickets to the event with VIP Seating
EVENT SPONSOR - $5,000
We are looking for one amazing local business or family to support the arts and help the Band Boosters to fund an amazing Marching Band Festival. Your sponsorship allows you and your business to lead the Parade of Bands, have the Sponsored By headline in all promotions and marketing, receive prime placement in the program, and to have your name or logo on the Festival shirts. You may also choose to set up a booth during the event. You will receive 10 tickets to the event with VIP Seating. This is only open to one business or family. The Xenia Marching Band has invited 12 Marching Bands from all over the Miami Valley to perform at the Last Blast Music Fest!
This is our fourth year hosting a festival and we're so excited for your potential to reach new buyers and continued to support your community!

Why do I have to specify who sold the ad?
When you list who sold you the ad the student receives credit. As part of their marching band registration each student has been tasked with connecting with the local businesses in the area for support of the festival and to teach them how to connect with their community!
What is the submission deadline for ads?
September 14, 2023
What are the supported file formats?
Pdf, Png, and JPeg.
What size is the program?
The program is 8.5x11 folded in half. Full page ad is approximately 5.5x8.5. Half-page ad is 5.5x4.25. Quarter Page ad is 2.75x4.25. These are approximate sizes subject to margins.
Can I pay cash?
Yes, you may give cash to your student to turn into the Boosters. Please give them your business name and email address to send you the form for submitting your ad copy and content.
What payment methods are available?
Our online payment system takes all major credit cards as well as shop pay and PayPal. Once you've completed your purchase you will receive an email receipt for your tax records.
I do not have graphics. Can you help?
The forms you'll receive after purchase will include space for you to give information about your business and upload your logo etc. We are happy to design a simple ad for you for a small $20 design fee.

Once you've selected your ad size you'll complete payment right here on our website. You'll then receive a link to complete a form and submit your ad graphics or text. You must complete the form in order for your ad to be included in the program. This is a crucial step! You'll receive one reminder email and will be informed of submission deadlines.
